In 1994 he played Mike McGrevey in the movie Little Big League. One of Patterson’s best known roles came from 2000 to 2007 as Luke Danes on the TV series Gilmore Girls. He also starred in the series The Event as Michael Buchanan from 2010 to 2011 and Aliens in America as Gary Tolchuck from 2007 to 2008. He played Agent Peter Strahm in Saw IV, Saw V, and Saw VI. Scott has also appeared in episodes of Seinfeld, Silk Stalkings, Arli$$, Will & Grace, and CSI: Miami. Patterson is producing the film Outlaw which is scheduled to be released in late 2014. Scott was previously married to Vera Davich.
