It is a 76-acre facility underneath a limestone mountain, which, according to Vivos, is capable of withstanding a close range nuclear blast, massive shock waves, a direct airplane crash, biological and chemical agents, earthquakes, electro-magnetic pulses, and any and all armed attacks....

UFC, more specifically their umbrella company Zuffa LLC, has been acquired by Hollywood talent agency WME-IMG (William Morris Endeavor – International Management Group) in an all cash deal. At $4 billion, this is officially the largest sports organization sale in history. WME-IMG is partnering with private equity firms Silver Lake Partners, Kholberg Kravis Roberts and MSD Capital (Michael Dell’s investment firm) to finance the deal. It should also be noted that Silver Lake Partners is a part-owner of WME-IMG....

Jones declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy last year, but U.S. District Judge Christopher Lopez of Houston has declared that those protections will not apply to the damages against Jones due to the “willful and malicious” nature of his conduct.
