He co-founded Rooster Teeth, a production studio and multi-media company in 2003. Rooster Teeth is known for its multiple award-winning machina productions. In addition to producing the series that first brought the company fame, “Red vs. Blue”, he also voiced the character of Grif. He has gone on to produce multiple series and to voice a range of popular characters. He also co-founded Achievement Hunter, a subsidiary of Rooster Teeth.
